How can I order from Store of Daydreams?

1. Choose the category in the menu or place a search query in the free search field
2. Choose a product from the overview page
3. Click on 'add to shopping cart' to add the chosen product to your shopping cart.
4. Are you done shopping? Then continue to order via your shopping cart.
5. Enter your details and continue. Choose your payment and shipping method. If you have a discount code, you can enter it. Then choose the 'complete order' button. Your order is final when your payment has been processed. You will receive an email from us to confirm your order. And then you will receive your order within a few days.

What are my payment options?

You can pay with iDeal, Credit Card, Google pay, Apple pay, Bancontact, Sofort and PayPal.

Where can I find my shopping bag?

Your shopping bag is located at the top right-hand corner of the home page. When you click on “My shopping bag”, you will be directed to a detailed summary of your shopping bag.

How do I use my promotional code?

To use the promotional code, please proceed to the checkout. In the payment section you will find the option to enter your code.

How do I create an account?

You often have to create an account to view and follow your order. That is not necessary with us. You can create an account by clicking on the account icon (top right of the screen on desktop and in the menu on mobile) and enter your email.
You will then receive an email with a code. Enter this code. You now have access to your account and order details.

How do I change my password?

You don't need to change your password, because you don't have any. We use different way of logging into an account.

Every time you need to to log in you enter your email and you will receive a login code by email. That way you never loose access to your account by fraude.

Do I need an account to order?

No that is not necessary. You can order without an account.

How can I view my order and personal data?

Both your personal and your order data are always accessible to you. Log in with the email address you used to place the order and access your details.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs Netherlands ; from €6.95 (From €100,- FREE shipping!)

Shipping costs Belgium & Germany ; €10.95 (From €150,- FREE shipping!)

Shipping costs EU; From €10.95. Price and options depending on the destination.

Shipping costs Worldwide; DHL Express options, price depending on destination.

Shipping costs for furniture and other larger objects are not frree of charge. We will charge €50,- for larger objects.

When can I expect my order?

Orders placed before 14:00 on Monday to Friday are delivered to our carrier the same day. This means that it will take no longer than 2-3 working days before you receive the order.

When you place your order on a weekend or holiday, the order will be processed the next working day,

The delivery time of furniture takes longer. Take into account a delivery time of at least one week.

How can I follow the delivery of my order?

On your online account, in the section "Orders”, you can follow the stateof your order at any moment, from its preparation in our warehouses to its delivery to the address that you indicated to us.

Can I return furniture or wall paper?

Furniture, wallpaper and other interior accessories that have been specially ordered for the customer cannot be returned.

Can I pick up my order in the store?

Yes, you can do that at no extra cost during opening hours in our store. We'd love to see you!


How can I return my order?

Within 14 days after you receive your order you can return your order. You can do this by going into your account and placing a return request by article.

You will receive an answer to your request by email.

If your request has been approved, you can send your order to our adress. To do this, go to your local shipping company.

What is the return period?

The return period is 14 days.

When will I be refunded?

After we have received your order back, you will receive your refund within 3 working-days.

What are the return costs?

Costs for return shipment are for the buyer. The costs depends on the weight of the order and the location of the return.

Can I cancel my order?

Give us a call or send a message on our contact page with your name and order number. If we have not yet sent your order, we can cancel it and refund the purchase amount.
